Mário Vítor Bastos - Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa

Mário Vítor Bastos is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Letters of the University of Lisbon. He holds a PH.D. in English Literature (2000) with a thesis on the writing of British modernist poet Basil Bunting. He currently teaches on the American Studies program and is involved in the launching of the study of the new literatures in English at the University of Lisbon. He has also been working recently on a study of the narrative poetic forms in English in the 20th century.
