Angeletta K. M. Gourdine - Louisiana State University

Angeletta KM Gourdine, is Associate Professor of English and Director of the African and African American Stduies program at Louisiana State University. Her research is focused mainly on women's writing in the Anglophone African Diaspora, but she also teaches and published in the areas of popular culture and film. The author of The Difference Place Makes: Sexuality gender and Diaspora Identity, she currently working on a book length study of tourist publications as nation writing texts.
